The bead Discover the superior carrier "Immobead-150" for covalent enzyme binding. This bead is a newly developed macroporous acrylic polymer that is suitable for the covalent immobilization of a variety of enzymes via epoxide groups. The particle size in the range from 150 to 300 micrometer allows for exceptionally good handling.
For applications requiring a larger particle size the Immobead-350 is available with average diameters ranging from 350 to 700 micrometer. |
The properties
Binding via epoxide groups with enzyme residues like amine groups. Conditions: ambient pH and temperature.
The beads are very porous and with up to 75% internal pore volume the most porous beads available. |
The application
Lipases, proteases, ketoreductases etc. Contact us to find our whether your enzyme can be succesfully immobilized. |
